We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. You should review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we may not be able to process cancellation requests once an order has been accepted and dispatched. In the event that we cannot accept, modify or must cancel your order, we will notify you by email at the address provided at the time of purchase and issue a full refund where applicable.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed and confirmed via email. Promotional prices and discounts are valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied retroactively. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free standard shipping across Europe on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are 8-18 business days depending on your location within Europe. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs procedures, natural disasters, strikes or any other circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at all times. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. We will notify you once your return has been reviewed and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence and we will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

SECTION 7 - EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with European Union consumer protection law, if you are located within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason. This right is in addition to our 30-day money back guarantee. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by contacting us at veltroa.shop@gmail.com before the 14-day period has expired.
