FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

At Veltroa, we offer free standard shipping across Europe on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at all times.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping across Europe: 8-18 business days depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

We currently ship to all European Union countries, including Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Greece and all other EU member states.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT

All orders shipped within the European Union are handled and dispatched in full compliance with EU regulations. You will not be charged any additional customs fees or import duties for orders delivered within the EU.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your confirmation email.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us at veltroa.shop@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue immediately. In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement shipment at no additional cost.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at veltroa.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include photographic evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
